Service and Panel Changes and Upgrades
One reason there may be a need for a panel change or service upgrade might be replacement due to age and taking a pro-active stance on electrical maintenance by doing preventive maintenance and replacing the older components before they fail and cause unnecessary down time. The other would be to keep up with the growing needs of the building it supports.
